Well the day finally came. I finished at work on Friday and am now officially on my career break. Mixed emotions about finishing. Will miss everyone and Manchester has been a huge part of my life for so long, but its time to move on and explore the world. Had a lovely week catching up with old friends, thanks to all who made the effort to come and visit, or to attend my party on saturday night. I really do love you all!!!
The party was great!! I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as i did. My head was certainly sore today!!!! I tried not to get emotional, but in the end there were a few tears!!!!
The back pack is well and truly packed!!! dear jesus it weighs a tonne (well if 22kgs is a tonne then it weighs a tonne!!!)
The flat has been cleared and is in storage now and its all good to go now!!! Home first for a few days then its off to the states!!!!
Once again, thank you all so much for your cards, gifts and kind wishes. Each and everyone of you all have a special place in my heart! xx
