Travelling on from Williams, a cute little town, we headed for Loughlin, a Casino town on the order with Arizona. A small vegas, with more old people gambling away their kids inheritance than you can imagine. i was literally the youngest person in that town on monday night!!! We had fun though. gambled a bit, lost a bit. no harm done!!! we left there this morning, heading for LA. we went via the Joshua Tree National Park, s per the U2 Album. it was so not worht the effort. its like a national park for a few trees. long long driv to LA. You can see the smog from about 200 miles out. We stopped off in palm springs, it was nearly 40 degress celcius. nice place though!!! and then onto LA. did a bit of a drive around in the dark, saw Beverly Hills and the Kodak Theatre where they have the oscars etc. Planning to go to Universal Studios tomorrow
will post pictures on facebook in the next few days. Internet connection at the hotel is a bit slow
the tour is nearly at an end. I still have another 2 weeks in the US before heading backto Ireland. Kind of sad the trip is over, im back to loking after myself for a few weeks again, but its all good. Will meet more new people and i have made some good friends on this trip also, so all in all its been a really great week trip. America is a huge, vast and lovely place.
