The End of the Tour, and Six Flags Magic Mountain

well the end of the tour finally came around. three weeks of travelling with the same group of 8 people was entirley new to me and on reflection i so loved it. it was fun, interesting, annoying, varied - the list goes on. We saw some amazing sights and didsome really fun and cool stuff.

For our last night we went for dinner in a lovely fish restaurant on the beach in Malibu. The fog came in so it was really spooky but totally cool.

For our last day we went to Santa Monica, a cool day just chilling out and wandering around. Alec and Gordon had already left the group at this stage, so it was just Johann, Cathy, Denise, Barry, Graham, Tom and I. We had lunch at the Bubba Gump Shrimp company - from Forest Gump, and we gave Tom his oscar for Best Driver !!

After dropping the guys to LAX, Tom and I headed for Six Flags Magic Mountain in Santa Clarita - around 40 miles from LA. Friday - Halloween, was rollercoaster day. We did 10 max thrill rollercoaster rides in 10 hours. wicked time. Totally shaken and rattled to bitsbut great fun. As it was Halloween the park was open late and had 5 different scare zones, so we were thee until nearly 10pm.

Tom has now left to head back to San Francisco, so im back to fending for myself for the next few days until the end of the US part of my journey. Heading to Anaheim later today, home of Disneyland. Taking a day off from Theme Parks thoug, as i dont think my brain could take it.
