After one final dinner with Emma and Karen last night, i left San Francisco this morning - monday! drove out to Yosemite National Park, took about 5 hours in total. nice drive though, very scenic route. Started with the giant sequioa trees, and drove through the park on the way top the hotel. the views of half dome are spectacular (im thinking of trying to climb it tomorrow) and the views as the sun was setting are amzing. Off to explore more of it all tomorrow as we really didnt get to do much of it today due to the travel. Staying in a lovely hotel on the edge of the park. The group on the tour are very diverse, and there are afew clashes of personality, not involving me of course (well yet anyway). trying to add more photos to facebook but it wont allow me for some reason just now so will add more soon. no phone coverage out here, so im not being rude, just at the bottom (or top) of a 7000 ft ravine!!!
im loving every second of it, and its hard to believe i have done so much in just 6 days so far!!!
