Nearly time to go again!!!

Only one full day left until i hit the road again. Home has been good, finally back to a proper sleep pattern thanks to some lovely sleeping tablets. Apologies to all the friends who had to put up with me in my zombie state last week. In case it didnt come across, i did have a ball in America, i just was too tired to tell you all about it. Hangovers - Karen, Emma, Geraldine, Laura,David and Colette -you all have a lot to answer for (it was fun though!! Thank you X)

We had Mass for my mum yesterday, its hard to believe its been 7 years already. Hopefully she is keeping an eye on me from somewhere when im off on jaunts round the world.

Started packing today. After spending 3 days washing and drying clothes (note to self, by your father a dryer!!!) everything is folded and more or less packed. Currently sitting at just under 20 kgs, with only a few smaller bits left to pack. Thats nearly 10kg less than i took to America, so something has improved! will certainly be easier to carry (and allows me to pick up more stuff along the way i guess). Only got my one big bag and a small back pack, so its all good.

Really looking forward to Australia and New Zealand now. It seemed so long ago when i booked it and now its finally here. Read the itineraries again for my trips and they are more active than i remember when i booked them, which is al good. Will loose another few pounds hopefully!!! And of course im looking forward to Surf School. Learn a new skill.

Going to try to change my flight back and spend some time in Hong Kong. And then planning to head to visit Michelle in the Alps, if she will still have me!!!

Next blog will probably be from Australia, after my 24 hour flight, which is essentially another 35 hours travelling from when i leave home on Wenesday morning. Again, thank god for sleeping tablets!!!

Watch this space for my Oz Adventures!!!!
