Melbourne

Well, since my last post i have now moved onto melbourne! I flew down yesterday with Quantas. they fly every 30 mintues from Sydney to Melbourne. All day, every day. Its crazy but the flight was full so there must be demand for it!! anyway im rambling again!!!

So Melbourne is cool. i really like the vibe here. more laid back than Sydney and not as pretenious. No Bridge and No Opera House but still holding its own down there on the bottom of the country.

Met up with Thomas and Roisin when i arrived and we went for a mini wander around so i could get my bearings. We then went drinking. We went to an Ice Bar, where you have to wear all these layers and coats and you basically go into a freezer full of ice blocks and sculptures and drink out of ice glasses. it was well cool - figuratively and literally!!!!

Then we went to a BBQ out in St Kilda, which was cool. and then we drank some more. and needless to say im hungover today!!!

We are off to Phillip Island in an hour or so, it has loads of animals and stuff and small penguins and kangaroos and koala bears and stuff!!!! next blog will be about that!!!!

the evils of drink are begining to shout inside my head so i mut find nurofen!!!!

Im here until Sunday so will post more about Melbourne in the coming days!!! then its back to Syndey and Surf School on Monday!!!! Im bricking it!!!! im sensing im going to fall over alot!!!!
